We produce 4 lines of pasta - FREE RANGE EGG, CASALINGA (Traditional and Gourmet Flavoured), ORGANIC (Plain, Spelt, KAMUT® Brand Khorasan Wheat, Wholemeal), GLUTEN FREE
Our pasta is slowly extruded through bronze dies which give the pasta a rough surface to hold sauce better, slowly dried for 48 hrs to maintain the nutritional benefits of the raw materials, for a better digestibility and for the best taste.
Our Pasta is available in 500gr (Casalinga) 375gr (Egg), 300gr (Organic) or 250gr (Gluten Free and Flavoured) or Bulk 1kg, Bulk 2.5kg-5kg in Paper Bags. Our retail bags are in BOPP and are 100% recyclable.
